Overview

Four Rosmead is an exclusive, boutique hotel ideally located between Table Mountain and the Waterfront. In an upmarket suburb with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, this small property is within walking distance of the city attractions and a 10 minute drive to the beach at Camps Bay. The ideal location and fantastic service makes it a great choice for couples wanting a central base from which to explore the area.

The guesthouse’s small size creates a personal, relaxed atmosphere, whilst still having full facilities. A landscaped garden, pool area, patio and spa are all available to guests making a peaceful place to unwind after a busy day in the city. Breakfast is served every morning and lunch and dinner are available on request. Knowledgeable staff are also available 24 hours a day to assist you.

The hotel has 7 en-suite rooms and a private suite situated away from the main building. Modern, light and airy the rooms are comfortable with all expected amenities including wifi, under floor heating and televisions. Contemporary African Art is displayed throughout the accommodation bringing colour and character to otherwise simply decorated rooms. The suite is a private building with a private garden and outdoor showers. Perfect for those looking for a more secluded stay, the en-suite room and lounge houses up to four guests and is elegantly furnished throughout.

Four Rosmead does not have a particularly family friendly focus although children over 12 are accepted to stay with their parents.

This is a great alternative to a larger hotel; with only 8 rooms a ‘home away from home’ feel is created and teamed with faultless service, lovely rooms and a central location, Four Rosmead is an excellent choice.

  • Thank you, we had an absolute wonderful time, and everything was well-planned and as described. Carla was crying on the day of our departure from Ants Nest, she didn’t want to go home and for it all to end, and when I asked how much longer she would want to stay, she responded “four weeks”

  • It was certainly a holiday of a lifetime for us and we loved every minute!! The standard and location of each accommodation was excellent, as was the variety of each different accommodation type. Our schedule was perfect and we managed to achieve everything on our to-do task list. Your documents were also really helpful, as were the driving directions. We all thank you for making this such a wonderful holiday. Happy to leave a review publicly if you point me the right way. Best Steve

  • Hi Lisa, We had a fabulous time thank you. The accommodation and other ideation were all terrific - that’s so much for your help. The apartment in Cape Town was particularly good - we would never have found that: Boschendal was great as well and game lodge was superb. Thanks again, Alistair
