EnquireSympathetically developed just a few years ago the Paradis Plage is a Surf, Yoga and Spa resort located on a long stretch of sandy beach on the Atlantic Coast between Agadir and Essaouira. From its origins as a beach side café, the resort now has just over 100 rooms, villas and suites, all of which have great views of either the sea or the Atlas Mountains. All of the buildings are under two storeys tall and are well spread out amongst 3 hectares of green space which helps to maintain an intimate feel which can so often be lacking in large resorts.
The atmosphere is relaxed, combining surfer chic with pared down luxury. For families there's a children’s playground, a small children’s pool and kids club for children aged 4-11. For adults there's a large pool with lots of comfortable, shady seating areas, from the sofas around the main pool to the relaxed surf bar by the beach. The pool is unheated but is usually in the range of 17-18 degrees Celsius in the winter and 22-23 Celsius in the summer.
There are 6 bars and restaurants which mostly serve locally produced, organic food, with fresh fish being delivered every morning by boat. There's a spa and beauty center on site as well as two yoga studios, another Paradis Plage specialty. For those seeking a bit of friendly competition beach games are always on offer and in the evening you’ll often be able to sit around the glowing embers of a fire pit by the beach or watch the screening of a vintage classic under the stars.
All of the rooms are bright and airy, simply and artistically designed with luxurious touches here and there. We love the spacious family villas and large, family suites; these have fitted kitchens (no ovens, but hobs and microwaves) so you can self-cater, which can be a nice alternative after many nights of eating out. There's a small food shop on site in case you need to pick up any essentials. If you are planning to self-cater, it is worth noting that the kitchens aren't always well stocked with pans and utensils, and it is worth asking at reception for more.
We had an amazing time thank you very much! The riads and hotels were outstanding and everything went as clockwork. We had really bad rainfall on the day we transferred to Marrakech but our driver didnt give up and we eventually found a passable road ( which I think was the last possible one to get us there!)
Thank you so much!

We would very much like to give our feedback regarding our trip to Morocco because it was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish there was nothing to fault, Mustafa our guide in the mountains was great - discrete when necessary but delightfully eloquent and informed about a wide variety of subjects. The food in the mountains was superb ( though the toilet facilities in the gites d'etape left a lot to be desired!!) The guest house Dar Adrar was beautiful with amazing views. The riad in Marrakesh was lovely and such a welcome respite after the hectic souks.....and as for the surfing.....it was fab!!!! Mohammed our instructor was patient and so super cool....a real gem and great with our children.
All in all it was wonderful and we were all sad to leave. We will definitely consider using Tourdust again and wont hesitate to recommend you to our friends.
