1. I have to start my review with the gorgonzola butter I watched our guides prepare by hand. We ate it with our steak, but I wasn't about to end there. It was good on the fish from our mixed grill dinner, it went excellent (oddly enough) with our chocolate fondue, and my favorite was on the apple slices. But then again, every meal with Momentum was a grand experience and delicious. Maybe it was the crisp Spring air, all that big sky, the towering cliffs we rafted through that made me so hungry! And after the gorgonzola butter, it would have to be the hot springs that made me happiest. No, wait! It was the guides, who were funny, kind, and for macho river folk, ridiculously nurturing and always there to take care of any extra needs I had and to answer my millions of natural history questions (Thanks, Glenn and Anthony!). But actually, the canyon itself was the highlight, and the hieroglyphs, and the hike. Is there a word limit on this review? There's just so many wonderful things to say about my Momentum Rafting trip!
