Vietnam holidays

Tour of Vietnam

Vietnam, sitting on a plastic stool by the side of a road, drinking home made Bia Hoi, now that’s the life for us! Beaches, amazing cities, great food, and some beautiful hill country. Oh and loads of fascinating history, especially from the infamous war.

  1. The Indochina boat Red Dragon III, we stayed on in Halong bay was really lovely, food was delicious and plentiful, and the dinner party in the cave a real treat.

  2. This was a great trip, although you do need to be prepared for a lot of travel, however that was certainly part of the fun, looking out for motorbikes loaded with livestock, families, kitchen appliances. The landscape was breathtaking, and our guide had lots of information to help us understand our surroundings. The homestay was clean and comfortable, the family fed us extremely well, and were very friendly.
