We had a fantastic trip thanks to your organisation! No problems encountered at all! Simbavarti were a joy to stay and explore with; the hotel in Capetown perfectly positioned to allow us to walk to the conference, and Camps bay accommodation was just lovely. The flights, transfers and staff we met along the way we're all very friendly and helpful. Having a car at the end was a perfect finale. My 10 yr old daughter came home with new insights on the world.
I had been meaning on my return to email you, but launched straight back into a weekend oncall and business as usual, so thanks for emailing.
I have sung your praises to friends and family!

Service rating : Good engagement and all comments were incorporated in the itinerary proposal. Good availability and plenty of patience to accommodate changes. Clear itinerary and details about accommodations and activities. Could have been improved with SatNav details when places were in more remote places.
Product : Many of the places we stayed were really exclusive and I would not have been able to find them independently so it was a great service from Tour Dust.
